Note

A sixty running kilometers week. First since January 2009. And that is in addition to 12 hours of mapping this weekend and checking control sites for the coming Ironman. I may take a break from drawing up the fieldwork tonight.

Running three ironman courses. Getting the work done while I have the time. Should be a different experience to the orientshow. Three 3k courses, 5,5 and 8 controls respectively. With the non ironman novice course, 21 controls for four course sis reasonably efficient.
