Three ascents of the hill behind the reservoi0r. Came close to blowing up on the first but the next two I managed to better pace myself such that the last was the fastest, without going to close to the red line threshold.
I used to do this in the morning before work a few years back. Can't see that now. At this stage of life this qualifies as a long run as well, when all the approach and retreats are added.
