Just had to record that weight. First time I have seen a sub 80 in over a year. Active retirement seems the best weight loss strategy I have found. Four kilograms in eight weeks without consciously trying to lose weight. In fact, yesterday was the first time I have stood on scales since retirement, and that was just curiosity. It just comes down for more time to run, walk, map, ride and play golf. And less time sitting at a desk.
