Nine holes. Took some advice from someone who knows more about golf than i do and increased my drives by 50 meters. Then I relapsed to incompetence after two reasonable holes.

Did some research on my injury log. Its almost ten years since I started logging on AP. In that time I have had an active injury status 40% of the time
Forty Per Cent!
I used to joke about fitness being the occasional interruption between injury. Its clearly not a joke.
