Real Orienteering race 43:16 [2] **** 4.1 km (10:33 / km) +95m 9:27 / km
ahr:117 spiked:6/9c shoes: Salamon Speedcross 4 blue No 2

I might be injured but I wasn't going to miss the one race at Korong for the year. Chose course 3 and walked much of it, running when it was even open country. Running might be putting too strong an image in your mind. Lame limp-jog. Still better than the event the previous Saturday when I tried to run three times and managed to get through seven steps in total before resuming my walk.

Walking 1:45:00 [1] 7.0 km (15:00 / km)

Managed to get round a few holes. Scored in the low 90s which for me is exceptional. The injury meant I couldn't swing as hard, so instead I was slower and straighter. Lesson there.

Pool running 20:00 [1]

More of this activity. I don't understand how anyone can do hours of this.

Pool running 20:00 [1]

I have descended to this. On the positive side again, a visit to the Eaglehawk Pool deludes me for a short while that I am still thin. On one side the Massive Mothers and Minute Toddlers session. On the other the Massive Seniors and Massive exercise instructor session.
