Local event on One Tree Hill set by Peter Galvin.
Excellent course setting. The map felt fresh, and every control was thought provoking. Note to me in four months time. Definite inclusion in course of the year choices.
Chose course 1 to get my long run for the week. Proved to be very tough. GPS HR monitor claims I spent 79% of the time in zone 5. Felt quite fatigued towards the end. Four running days in a row and this mean my feet are showing clear warning pains of PF. Rest tomorrow. Stretching and foot massage. Not much walking, let alone running.
