Not sure how I could knock 15 seconds off my time for this 2k loop. Maybe its the effect of easing off after a few weeks with longer distances. Happy enough though. Tied the Garmin tight and on body side of wrist. Seemed to tally with my manual readings at the end of each loop. Said this was an "impacting" run with 88% in zone 5. Felt like it.

Easy run along Bendigp Creek checking out the flood damage. Quite a few bluestone blocks washed away in the last downpour.
