4x6:30 intervals and one 4:30. Felt dead after the 2nd, but went for 2.5 more. Muscles felt like giving out, couldnt get cranking as fast as I would like to. Absolutley trashed aat the end. Learned some valuable technique things, tho. Hopefully I can improve more!
