JACOB IS HERE! Biked around UMD and explored inside, then went down the Lakewalk to see downtown. Kinda chilly and windy. Got to watch the bridge go up and down like 4 times. Legs dead on the way back up the hill. Perfect day

Lakewood ski w Keely and Rosa! 2 x [6x20 sec] building speeds, fullish (160-165) recovery between speeds, 5 mins between each set. Pretty dead on the last 2. Felt pretty good to crank the HR, but it wasn't dropping very fast if I kept skiing
