45 mins technique np only, finally feeling like weight was forward and ankles flexed. 1:45 w poles. Skied about 40 mins w the group and did 3 stop aheads, then dropped with Ellie to becuase HR was still so high and body getting tired. Both bonked just after 2 hrs, but still fun ski!

Pretty darn tired. Not recovered from the intensity yesterday. 35 mins technique, HR felt like it was getting high and legs burning. 1:05 chill skiing. Legs and arms exhausted at 1:20. Ugh

3x13-14 min ANT on Arnold. Went out a bit ambitiously on the first one, 2nd one with a headwind. Been a long time since I've done classic intensity, tough to get the technique in check. Felt decent, maybe 85%. Elbow started bothering me after the first interval.

45 mins warmup (22 running) and ski walk technique with the group. Then 35 mins walking down recovery between ea (about 8 mins per time), then 15 min jog cd

4x6:30 intervals and one 4:30. Felt dead after the 2nd, but went for 2.5 more. Muscles felt like giving out, couldnt get cranking as fast as I would like to. Absolutley trashed aat the end. Learned some valuable technique things, tho. Hopefully I can improve more!
