OD Classic on Arnold with Keely and Rosa. Kept it super chill and made sure the HR stayed down. Felt great until about 2:00 when my elbow started to hurt and the wind picked up. Threw in some single stick at about 1:30

Woke up feeling kinda sick again. Body not recovered from yesterday. Chilly morning on boys road to strand. 20 mins wu, 2x20 mins recovery between sets, 10 mins easy finishing second set

14-15x30 secs - 1 min ANT/RP fs pickups on hill crests and downhills. Legs died at the end of the first 22 min set, then just did half the next one. HR felt high, body not feeling it. Generally ugh
