Another rubbish day but dragged myself to training and was very glad i did. Drills and then 4x7min (3x race pace and then 1x fast as). Felt SO NICE to be putting effort in for what seems like the first time in ages. I was feeling pretty sick by the end of the third rep (gross i know) but it's a great feeling to know you're actually pushing your body to the limits. Excited for race season to start to see what will happen!
