Everything aches but not in a I’ve run too much way - more a I have a horrible cold and a temperature way boo. No training today.

ON A POSITIVE NOTE - I think my coccyx is perhaps finally properly healing. Or at least it’s no longer agony to lie or sit on it and it doesn’t hurt when I run. WAHOOOO! Having said that I can’t quite do a full core set with pressure on my back yet so still a lil way to go
