First "session" back in about a million years. Warm up around Agden, lots of drills and then hamstring activation over the hurdles. 8x short sprints - all 9 secs, feeling consistent and working on maintaining form. Then a lil warm down towards Derwent. Sooooo nice to have a lil leg stretch.
