Yesterday's session today instead. Pyramids 2(1)3(2)4(3)4(3)3(2)2(1) with 15mins jog and drills to start and a 15min warm down. Was not feeling very keen and legs super achey. Didn't really feel like i got into it and i think i struggle to keep up a sustained effort for more than about 30secs except in a race.. so that's something to work on. Trying to bring myself to do my exercises now...

Swapped yesterday's session for today as i was pretty tired last night. Went for an easy run up and around win hill. Lots of stopping and admiring the view but legs feeling okay.

Starting my new strength and stability sessions (twice a week is the plan - weds and a double on sat). Everything is run specific and aiming to make me stronger on the uphills especially. Felt good but definitely tiring!
