Yesterday's session today instead. Pyramids 2(1)3(2)4(3)4(3)3(2)2(1) with 15mins jog and drills to start and a 15min warm down. Was not feeling very keen and legs super achey. Didn't really feel like i got into it and i think i struggle to keep up a sustained effort for more than about 30secs except in a race.. so that's something to work on. Trying to bring myself to do my exercises now...
