Tired and a bit sleepy oh and it was super icey so it was a little difficult to try and do the 15min tempo in the middle without falling on my face. HR monitor was't really working.

HR all messed up - or else i've become super fit and can run for an hour fairly fast at 121 aha.

Basically set out for a tempo with Megan into Riv and then my head torch decided it would be much more fun if i had to do it in the total pitch black-ness and turned itself off permanently. So it turned into less of a tempo run and more of a trying not to fall of the edge of top path run. But fun none the less and i only turned my ankle once so thumbs up for that.

Note to self - eat more carrots incase this happens again.

Team session. Drills and warm up followed by 2x10min tempo. Second one a little faster than the first I think. But tired but need to keep going with the speed stuff to get my legs ticking over.
