Decided to see what the legs had in them after these few weeks of illness and injury. Not too shabby actually and my knee mostly behaved. Just the aerobic side letting me down a little though still cruised under 19.30 without dying too much. Managed also to keep my heart rate very consistent so that's another bonus.

Easy jog out around the block. Don't want to jinx it but my knee hasn't hurt all day and didn't seem to be irritated by the run. Stretching and rolling it is.

Testing out the knee. 2,3,4,3,2 off 60secs. Then easy 5min, then 5x45sec. Felt okay. Knee starts to seize up after the efforts if i easy off too much. But didn't stop me finishing it.
