Longshaw sheepdog trials - 2nd Lady, 1st U23. That was the kick up the arse i needed to get myself back into training properly. Winter season lets go!

No warm up as it was very freezing and rainy and rubbish so just set off. Felt fine but just no energy on the hills. Clawed back to first on the initial descent but then nailed my way up the hill back into second. Think i was still a little loopy from whatever fun concoction of drugs the person who spiked me thought would be fun (disclaimer: not fun). SO major headaches and no energy but hey ho.

Splashed my way through the mud and slogged back up the horrible finish field for a very welcome cup of tea. Not sure how much Tobes enjoyed his first fell race but to be fair the weather made it pretty miserable for the spectators.

Next few months looking exciting: champs, FRAs, Hodgson, OMM and then hopefully a bit of road and XC work!
