Everything aches but not in a I’ve run too much way - more a I have a horrible cold and a temperature way boo. No training today.

ON A POSITIVE NOTE - I think my coccyx is perhaps finally properly healing. Or at least it’s no longer agony to lie or sit on it and it doesn’t hurt when I run. WAHOOOO! Having said that I can’t quite do a full core set with pressure on my back yet so still a lil way to go

Felt grotty. 4km ish of warm up, drills, and then (3x500m @2min pace)x 3. No recovery beteeent the reps and a jog back between each set. HR all over the place and stitches to contend which is unusual. Breathing horrible with half my throat still bunged up. Was supposed to be progressively faster but couldn’t quite manage that. Not the session I wanted but my legs are still battered.
