Super rubbish today. Still managed a few pinkles but generally weak and wobbly. Claves knackered after tuesdays battering and have deffo felt it today! Not had doms like this in a long time - ouchy.

Coaching the little 'uns. Little bit of drills for the first time since sept and then a few efforts racing against the kids (managed to stay ahead of them through various tactics including starting 10secs before them). Pleased to be moving leggs a little more quickly and still moving well, just not as fast as i'd like.
