Jog out from hotel to the edge of the deer park for some hoping and jumping with Ems. Few hill sprints on our way back and a rather rogue decision to scramble up a hill of brambles rather than go an extra fifty metres along the path to the next set of steps. Think we rather startled the people standing admiring the view at the top when we popped up all scratched and over-excitable.
