Lovely plod up Win Hill with Alex. Lovely splat into some mud that turned out to be rocks not mud so my legs became rather spectacularly covered in a mixture of thick mud and blood. I think was a nice look but some of the walkers we passed disagreed. Along the top ridge to the end of the woods and then back down along the reservoir.

Decided to venture out for a solo rivelin. Got a fair way along the bottom track until the water was well over my knees even on the path and a bit too fast flowing for my liking. Had a job turning around and getting out again as the river was coming so fast it was hard to stay upright. Some nice trees were also racing along in the flow which were to be avoided at all costs. Was just finishing up my accidental aqua jogging and bumped into Alex and Patrick so we set off around and along the road to avoid the worst of the water. Ended up having a delightful run up along top path and no one drowned so that was good.
