WPOC 90 min score-o at Frick

Yaki warmed us it was not clearable, but I planned as if it was beacause we shows up kind of late and we’re trying to get out before they shut off starts. It looked almost potentially doable but I tend to underestimate the hills at Frick.

It was an 88F day so I opted to bring the Nathan, which I think was really smart. It didn’t feel quite as bad as I expected though.

Everything got off to a good start, we know this park pretty well and had been to many of the places. A few hesitations and one major bobble where I actually ended up at the wrong flag! Not sure how that happens but it was an easy fix. Started dropping points at just over an hour in when it was clear i wouldn’t be clearing, tried to keep it the lower points, but it was mostly
dictated by the hills and distance. Overall a fun day in the woods

Got 24/30 flags and 840/1050 points to eke out a win over Sydney. Full results not yet posted.
