Intended to run the arb, but was greeted with a sign saying "sharpshooters working, park closed". Uh...?

Found a couple decent sized hills snaking through downtown. Change of pace anyway.

Tried out the active ankles. We're going to go with "not extraordinarily uncomfortable".

10 min warm up, then 50 min at slightly higher than normal cadence. Weird the variety of spunkyness my legs have from day to day.

Side note, do bike seats wear out? Last couple trainer rides my butt has gotten quite sore. not sure if trainer posture is slightly different, or if i should just start wearing bike shorts.
