Need to learn to pace, looked down once i got going and i was at sub six min mile. Slowed down but still had trouble maintaining.

Intervals with Syd.

3x ~7:30 half miles, with ~9:00 cool downs. Felt pretty good! Nice to do it on a track, but this one isnt very convenient to home, need to look for a closer one.
