Mountain Biking 1:55:30 [3] 26.0 mi (13.5 mph)
shoes: Trek Superfly 9.6

East Park and ride to the end of the north branch on the montour trail. It was sunny and mid-50's and turned out to be a beautiful bike ride. the way back was 9 min faster than the way out, I think the entire 20 km was a one way hill, but I forgot my watch so I cant prove it.

Other 5:00 [3]

ab torture.

Came up with an incentive system where i get to buy myself stuff (board games) for doing the exercises I don't like to do. We'll see if its motivation.

Running around on an old map with Greg. I can definitely understand how intervals helps increase speed, especially when you have the pressure of someone chasing you.

Today went much better. I still had a few pretty massive errors, but I did a pretty good job staying in contact with the map and correcting when I needed to.

5 - long leg, and I started with an inefficient route choice towards the road that I realized was out of bounds. Corrected onto a series of trails that worked ok once I got there.

8 - got a little messed up in the crazy cliffs, but corrected based on the stream and passed someone that was equally lost without them seeing me punch.

11 - I was just super indecisive and spent too long looking for a very faint trail.

12 - biggest mistake, got lost in the mountain laurel and had to reattack from the hill top.

Corridor O. Greg made up a corridor-o that looked pretty tough. Took it pretty slow and it went okay. I actually thought I stayed in pretty well, but matching up my tracks it appears that I was not always where I thought I was... Another good learning experience.
