Still a little stuffy but over all feeling better so I joined syd for the full long run. It was a beautiful day to be out in the woods at 45F. Trails were muddy but less traveled than most parks around here, so not bad. Went back and forth with some mtb bikers for a bit but chose to do a reverse loop to break away. Feels pretty good to be in 14 mile shape in January :).
