I seem to have sorted out some of the knee issues I was having. Combination of excessive stretching, flute exercises, and changing bike shoes. I’ve been scared to ride this bike since it’s where it all started, but this ride was pain free. I finally learned to nip it in the bud rather than fight through and cause more problems.
