Fathers day run/geocaching adventure. Dropped Syd and G at a playground and headed off to start the 2024 capital region challenge. I thought it would take about 5 miles to get all 6, but it took 8. I was slightly under preparped, but it worked out.

Ugh last week was just constant exhaustion and lack of motivation to exercise. Trying to make a change, so going to try mornings again. It was beautiful out- I should remember that and use it as motivation to get outside on the mornings syd is off or inside
