Great ride with BF and W4J. Mix of paved and dirt with a little singletrack thrown in. Experimented with towing, but still have a few kinks to work out.

Kent Lake. There was a multi that was a 9 mile paddle loop, so we thought we'd give it a go. To practice paddle nav, we brought a USGS map. BF would type in the coords, plot it on the map and I'd get us to the correct island. It was a lot of fun...until we couldn't find stage 4. Lost our steam after that and just headed back. Quite the headwind heading back to the boat launch. Couldn't believe the number of people out fishing!

Beautiful weather for a run! Started from work and ran B2B/Bird Hills/Barton/B2B. ~3 mi of trails, rest was paved. Felt good until the last 2 miles or so, then my legs were done.

Bike ride home was pretty slow...
