Old red course at Deer Lakes. Still a few inches of snow on the ground. It was really packy though, so not too bad for running. I started 5 min ahead of Kevin and didn't see him until the end. Focused on exiting cleanly and looking ahead. 5 was a manmade feature that must have been put away for the winter. Lost my focus for a bit, but put it back together after 6. Legs didn't have much energy on the ups.

My work is located on the Montour trail (I need to get a key for the back gate). And just 3 minutes down the road is a parking area for the Montour trail and the Panhandle trail :)

Slow going running through the 2 inches of icy snow we got yesterday. Should've worn my Speedcrosses. Legs are feeling much better. Planned routes on a random map Kevin found.
