Went to State College to visit my brother. Kevin, as always my awesome husband :), found one of Mark Lattanzi's KP orienteering maps for me. Not very technical training, but it was great to get out on a map and run through terrain.
I started taking Fe a few weeks ago. The difference it made in my mood after only a few days was astonishing. I’m finally starting to see the effects on my running too. First time in months I can run a sub 9 pace and it feels easy. Still a ways to go until I’m back to ‘normal’, but I’m very relieved that I’m not just super slow now a days. Going to decrease the intensity over the next few weeks to hopefully speed up the recovery process. Then should be ready for WOC!
