Out to Troxell Point on some lesser travelled trails. I thought today might be a wash with the rain in the forecast, but it was beautiful this morning. The sun was peeking out and it was already in the mid-50s. Legs were (unsurprisingly) feeling quite tired from yesterday.

Morning run from the cabin. Took some trails over to the beach, ran around the beach area, and then back. Excellent way to start the day.

Bike adventure through Prince Gallitzin and some neighboring game lands. It’s been a long time since we biked on something other than a rail trail - this was so enjoyable. We didn’t quite realize how much of a hill we set out to climb on the way out. Riding the Peleton must be doing good things for my bike fitness because it didn’t actually feel too bad. Made it to the top and then had a fun ride back down. HRM was wonky near the end. Weather was fantastic. Sunny and almost 70s. There were lots of options for adding distance. We’ll have to come back for some future bike adventures.
