Nice negative split.
First half around 6:00 pace and second half around 5:45-5:50 pace.

60min @ 5:50 pace (except a few minutes at the beginning to w/u).
1min hill every 9 minutes: 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%

When it's only 1min, it's not hard :)

It went really great. The only really hard part was the second time of the 6min @ 4:40 (before the last 10min). The 10min after that were really ok (they even felt slow...).
