2 hour run long run. Second half was a bit faster (around 6:05 pace). Still jet lagged, so my body is tired.

10min warm up.
3 X 5min @ 4:55 pace. 2min easy run between them.
Then 3 X 5min @ 6% and 8:00 pace. That's the fastest pace I could do without lowering the incline and/or the 2:00 easy pace between them.
10min cool down.
Super tired from the flight back to Berlin, but had to get back to regular training.
