Run from the house up to turbine hall on the farm roads. Legs feel quite tired. 42mins to fell gate ( probably one of the slowest times I've done this in the lst two years!) 60mins around fell race route, not very quick either (didn't feel esp easy either) 30 mins down to home, again, fairly pedestrian!

x2 laps easy on Birkrigg (44mins, 3.85mi). R Hamstring feeling pretty good. Finish with x6 runthroughs on the grass (~15mins, 1.5mi) plus 10mins stretching.

easy 2 laps of Birkrigg (44mins, 4.84miles) - legs felt a bit tired, no surprise there I suppose. Plus x6 strideouts (15mins, ~1.5miles). 10mins stretching.

Coniston fell race route. Slow bimble around the race route. Needed to get out after being sat in the bus back from Sunderland all morning. Weather was a bit grim. Lashed it down and quite windy on tops (~25 mph). Could feel legs were a bit tired but not too bad considering.
