Blackmores 10km bridge run - furthest I have run in over a year so pretty happy. It's a hilly course and I did start to die in the second 5km. First 5km in 21.03 so considerable time lost in second half. Overall pretty happy given lack of long runs and 3 and a bit months post baby!
