Up the Guinevere Lake Trail in the storm, breaking trail in 18 inches of fresh powder atop an icy crusty layer. On the descent, floated in the powder without hitting the crust. Nice day.

Hike by the lake in the snow storm. Slipped and fell on the ice but was protected by my thick tights so no injury. The lake is a misty slate blue-grey, very pretty.

Nice tour with David, Rick, and Linda to Roundtop, Fourth of July Peak, and down to Fourth of July Lake. Excellent snow conditions, some icy sections on the east aspects but mostly soft powder and corn snow on south and north aspects. Great day!
