Long run at Ferny Creek. 50mins with Asha, 40 by myself. Felt really strong, did more than I usually do in that time. Really happy. Beautiful morning to be out, and lots of mud to run through- makes everything better.

6km tempo. Felt good despite last night's hard session. Front of quads slightly sore, but ran it out.

1km acceleration session. 200m easy, 750m steady, 150m hard (race finish pace). One of Lesley's new sessions, really good to try something different. Really focussing on pace change between the different sections and keeping an even pace until it was time to change.
Finishing each km a little slower than the previous but still fairly even.
