This was a good run!! Felt super in control of my HR: easy to keep it under 150 and felt like it responded to what I was doing. It definitely helped it was less than half the degrees it was on Sunday and windy..
Feels like +11, wore a t-shirt and 3/4 pants, I think okayish but if this was any longer shouldve worn sleeves.
