Was supposed to be a slow run again. Plan went out the window fast though!
Muscles really sore from yesterday so I think thats why HR was super high every time after basically 200m of running.. And I cant walk fast enough to keep HR around 130-140 because my shins start to hurt. So decided to do more like interval type of training: walked until HR was under 140 and then ran for 100-150metres a bit faster to get the legs moving.
Im not sure if it counts as running since walked most of it but its my log so Im gonna count it!!

Strength stuff!
Found this HIIT plan thing, did week 1 full body workout. Or tried to!! Theres two sets of four different things, youre supposed to repeat those four for 7mins, then another set of four things for 7mins and then go again. So 24mins in total. I couldn't get fully through the second sets, felt like dying!
Time includes the breaks too, Im not sure if I should count them or not.

Light jog in the rain, testing my new earphones!! Jaybird Freedom, so far they seem really good!! Came with all sorts of accessories to make sure they fit everyone. I only went with normal silicone tips and wearing them normally, clipped to my buff. Next time I'll try the foam tips and wearing them over-ear, exciting!

Not sure if excited for my new toys or what but had trouble keeping HR under 150. My right foot started to hurt a bit after maybe 10mins (I presume just newish shoes) and after that my HR started to get higher too. Slowed down to walk everytime it went over 150 then.

Light jog, tried to keep HR at 14X and slowed to walk when it went over 150.
Had trouble with HR monitor, in the beginning it kept getting stuck around 80. So annoying!!
