At least in the beginning felt surprisingly easy to keep HR under 150, didnt need to walk at all for the first 15min or so. Slightly longer run today and towards the end HR got higher, had to walk a bit more. But still nowhere near as difficult to keep the HR down as it was on Sunday! And at the end when I did some faster bits I even managed to get HR back down again without walking!

Some strength stuffs again!
HIIT plan; 1 week full body training. Ended up just doing it only once so 2 x 7mins (finished the second part even when timer was done so actually 7mins + 9mins). Decided its prob better to do it once but properly than try to suffer it through somehow and end up doing things wrong.
Felt like dying and still HR nowhere near where it is when running.... Unfair!
