Originally was going to do only 30mins. Felt good heading out though and not sure about my plans for Thursday/Friday, not sure if I'll have time for a jog or at least for a long one. Thats why decided to do around 55mins tonight!
There was lots of snow this morning and it was snowing heavily still when I left for work. Now it was pretty much just slush :( Nice and chilly though, -1,5 already at 6pm!
Felt good, easy to keep HR down! Outer side of my right food was sore for the first 15mins or so but then it went away!
