First proper run since Bodom trail. Felt okayish, at least weather is nice! Legs feeling stuffy and a tiny bit sore. Did 9/1 combo with walking the uphills. HR tried to climb up especially towards the end.

Sun salutations, my favorite day! Can feel these have been getting easier. And I could almost get my right heel on the ground in the downward facing dog!!!!

Note

Had entrance exam to Haaga-Helia for IT tradenomi today. Interesting and kinda fun to be doing an exam for the first time in ages! Felt also super weird to write so much by hand.

Plan for this week is a run on Thursday, nice and easy, and then another run on Saturday (at the cottage with the girls), maybe a long one. Sunday I think I'd make it to orienteering but I think I'll prioritise seeing Karim.
