Running school session with a group from work.
Warm up jog from Kluuvi to Katajanokka.

In Katajanokka we did different coordination and running form exercises and dynamic stretching. Didn't log since didn't know how to. It was kind of interesting and I wasn't super slow compared to other. In two weeks is a group run though so I might skip that, I think others are different level.

Jog back to Kluuvi.

Wearing new runners that arrived yesterday!! New version of my old runners. So far seems good!

Pre-breakfast run with Imke at Yasuragi, Japanese spa near Stockholm.

Had trouble finding a nice loop to do so ended up running on footpaths and forest and everything in between! Kinda nice views but I had hoped there wouldve been a way to run along the sea.

Kinda nice way to start the day but it seems to take me ages to not look pink after a run..
