+28. Some guy TALKED to me passing me saying it's quite warm!

Knee not sore. HR was in 160s at the start already, then the watch stopped picking up my HR but I'm fairly certain I'm still alive.

First run in ages!

Didn't feel too bad. Knee was a bit sore today in stairs but didn't hurt running (was running mostly on flat though). HR stayed surprisingly low even though it was warm too.
