Today was 5-6 x 800m with 2min walking recovery.
Slept super bad last night, head was sore all day and I probably overdosed with painkillers and I was also nauseous and didn't eat enough for lunch. Tried to drink lots and I had quark and a banana about an hour before I left work.
+28 so 'warm up' wasn't really needed but jogged to Eläintarhan kenttä from the office. I had my vest with water (bit of salt added).
5 x 800m, I didn't use my watch to measure distance but just ran two laps from my bag on each rep. Then 2mins recovery spent mostly walking around and having some water.
