Today was 5-6 x 800m with 2min walking recovery.

Slept super bad last night, head was sore all day and I probably overdosed with painkillers and I was also nauseous and didn't eat enough for lunch. Tried to drink lots and I had quark and a banana about an hour before I left work.

+28 so 'warm up' wasn't really needed but jogged to Eläintarhan kenttä from the office. I had my vest with water (bit of salt added).

5 x 800m, I didn't use my watch to measure distance but just ran two laps from my bag on each rep. Then 2mins recovery spent mostly walking around and having some water.

Super frustrated with my HR! Tried to ignore it and make sure it felt super easy, walked all hills. Didn't get out of breath and didn't get sweaty even though it was quite warm. Still HR in zone 3..
