Long run (105-120mins) in the plan -> turned into a 60min run because tired legs and preparing for GRGR next week -> turned into suffering through about 10mins of running and a walk back home. HR was 160 already after couple of minutes and then sore tummy got me turning home. Stopped the watch at some point on the walk back. Pain went away towards the end but didnt want to risk it and try running again

Legs feel sore and tired when walking about but they werent bad when running! Wet and clammy weather, eew

Did Home workout Routine 1 from The Running Channel on Youtube. Included the whole video here as it was warmup and cooldown too on top of the actual workout.

Super sweaty!! I guess a bit HIIT type of training, 6 things for 45secs each, 15sec recovery in between, 3 sets total.

Hills again, 8-10 * 45sec repeats with 2min walking recoveries. Did 8 repeats. First one on a way too short hill behind the Eläintarhan kenttä, the rest on the main footpath to Uimastadion.

Realised a bit after leaving the office I should've started the activity already in the beginning to be able to record everything as one activity so warm up ended up being a separate activity but cooldown included in this
