Did the repeats in the park - from the horses to the railroad. Flat but gravely. Aimed at 5:20-5:30, first rep felt toughest but got going after that and was very speedy on the last one catching a guy running in front of me. Didn't feel too bad, got breathing under control relatively easily I felt
