Ran mostly based on feel, plan had HR zones for this but my HR always does its own thing anyway..
Disobeyed the coach and didnt warm up, figured the first 10mins easy is plenty!

3-4 x 2km reps with 5min recovery. Definitely just 3 for me, especially after the first day back at work

Did the repeats in the park - from the horses to the railroad. Flat but gravely. Aimed at 5:20-5:30, first rep felt toughest but got going after that and was very speedy on the last one catching a guy running in front of me. Didn't feel too bad, got breathing under control relatively easily I felt
Maybe fastest 1km time for me (5:00)?
